LSW Engineers was the prime design consultant for the electrical upgrade of the Spreckels Organ Pavilion located in Balboa Park. The project consisted of new electrical service, panelboards and branch wiring for the entire building. The electrical system was aging and incapable of handling current electrical demands for special events, especially during the holiday seasons. The existing outdoor lighting, originally installed in 1915 and consisting of concrete rosettes with cast-in lamp sockets, was removed and replaced. The new rosettes are glass fiber reinforced concrete and the sockets were cast-in to replicate the original design.

The design was approved by the Historical Site Board, the Spreckels Organ Society, Balboa Park Committee of 100, and the Park and Recreation Board.
