This shopping facility is three levels of existing specialty retail, with a lower level food court and cinema complex. A new two-level bridge was added to link the existing center court to the new Nordstrom Department Store. Two new parking structures to accommodate 2,250 cars were also added. LSW designed M/P/E systems for the new retail expansion and garage additions. On behalf of the Owner, we reviewed all M/P/E drawings and specifications for tenant improvement design packages and nine new lease spaces.
