This project included all utilities and interior tenant improvements for a Garden Center. We provided M/E consulting services including lighting, power and signal design. The project included site improvements and two outlet centers, 8,600 SF and 3,500 SF. The lighting included parking lot, common areas, general purpose, and merchandise display lighting. Power included coordinating with SDG&E for new service, multi-metering and tenant sub panels. We coordinated with base utilities for new telephone trunk lines, a main telephone distribution board, and future security systems.
