"P" Building Polish Cleanroom: LSW designed complete mechanical, electrical and process piping systems for this 4,000 SF, wafer polish inspection and box facility. Services included the facilitation of all fiberglass exhaust, process gases, deionized water and electrical power connections required for the production equipment. Air filtration was designed for Class 1,000 with workstations at Class 100. However, independent certification specialists found the area to be better than Class 100 and the workstations better than Class 10.
